Outcomes
Three outcomes that change the way you operate.
BounceGrip replaces paper logs, photo folders, and scattered texts with a single, searchable record per setup.
Daily inspection logs
Mobile-first checklists for device, anchor, blower, weather, and signage — captured in the field on a phone.
- 20-item default checklist by section
- Real-time Open-Meteo weather snapshot
- Pass / fail / N/A with required notes
Event safety packets
A venue-ready PDF bundle that includes everything a school, park, or insurer asks for — generated in one click.
- Insurance + inspection certificates
- Setup photos and signed handoff
- Public share link with revocation
Expiry reminders
Track insurance, inspection certificates, and compliance stickers. We send reminders before they lapse.
- 60 / 30 / 14 / 7 / 0-day reminders
- Per-organization rule overrides
- Idempotent — never double-send
How it works
From driveway to packet in under sixty seconds.
Designed around how crews actually work in the field — phone in hand, customer on site, weather changing.
Scan the unit's QR
Crew taps the QR sticker. Auth, device match, and inspection start happen in one tap.
Run the setup checklist
Section-by-section pass / fail with notes. Photos for anchors, blower, signage, surface, full setup.
Customer handoff
Capture the operator and customer / event organizer signatures on the phone screen.
Send the packet
Owner generates the PDF and shares a token-protected link. Venue downloads. Done.
Weather captured automatically
If your event has lat/lng, we pull the current Open-Meteo snapshot — temperature, wind, gusts, condition — and freeze it on the inspection.
Photos that hold up
Setup, anchors, blower, signage, surface, damage. Each one captioned and tied to the inspection.
Incidents documented fast
Structured form, photo upload, optional take-out-of-service. The right record exists if it's ever needed.
Who it's for

FAQ
Questions operators ask before signing up.
Does BounceGrip certify compliance?
No. BounceGrip helps organize documentation. We do not provide legal advice or certify compliance. Operators remain responsible for verifying state, local, venue, manufacturer, and insurer requirements.
Will it work on a phone in the field?
Yes — every inspection workflow is mobile-first. Crews scan a unit's QR sticker, run a section-by-section checklist, capture photos and signatures, and complete the inspection without leaving the phone.
How does the safety packet share link stay safe?
Each share link uses a 256-bit token. We store only its SHA-256 hash, so the raw token never lives in the database. Owners can rotate or revoke the link at any time.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
You retain access to export your records for the duration of your billing period. We retain operational records per the retention window you configured (default three years). On account closure you may request deletion.
Do I need to install anything to scan the QR?
No. The QR opens in any modern phone camera. Authenticated crew members land directly in the inspection workflow; unauthenticated visitors are sent to log in first.
